As I am making this pattern friendship bracelet,
http://www.how-to-make-jewelry.com/friendship-bracelet-instructions.html
the right end of the bracelet starts "curling" in. aka, the bracelet starts folding in half by itself due to that end. what am i doing wrong here? when i put something on those two rightmost strings, to hold them down (so they won’t curl) the bracelet looks perfect. but as soon as i take the weight off of them, it curls. am i knotting too tight??

Yes, my friendship bracelets do that, too! It’s either from knotting too tight (but tighter = more secure!) or the WIDTH, the wider, the less chance of curling! It’s okay though, just wear it on and it’ll be fine though!

its just gonna do that naturally - but once you put the bracelet on and tie it you wont b able to notice

I have the same problem when I use more the three colors (I don’t fond the strings in half at the beginning) and knot it more than three times. I cant figure out why this happens either. They say never to let it twist or turn in away way or it will mess up the bracelet, but I don’t and the same thing with you happens to me. It pisses me off.
