What powered jewelry tool buffs or sands smooth the rough cut edge of an 8 gauge piece of silver wire?

I want to cut small pieces of wire and bend them around to make open, adjustable rings so the edge has to be smooth. I am looking for a power tool rather than a manual one.
Use a bench grinder with a fine grinding wheel on one side and a buffing wheel on the other side
