If you're storing all of them in one place, then you could try a tackle box. That's what I've used for a pretty long time, and it seems to work pretty well.

If you're storing them individually, you could try various types of Tupperware.

    Go to a hardware store and they have miniature plastic drawers that look like dressers for dolls, that are used to store nuts, bolts and screws.

    try a sports store, look for a fishing tackle box , lots of little compartments and they close tightly

    You can use little glass jars, or a spice rack.

    If you want to protect your metal beads from heat and mild temperature, you should store it in airtight bags.

    If they aremade from acrylic or stone. some beautiful organza bags will be ok.
