yess!! put it there and a note like telling u how u will always love him even if he doesn’t love you and if he considered getting back togher tht u would dont every thing to make it work. but dont let him take advantage of you.

It’s understandable why you’d want to leave it. But I personally think he couldn’t care less and you’ll be wasting your time - and it’ll end up hurting more when it doesn’t change anything.
