I have matching earrings and necklace which have become slightly tarnished. When I visited a Tiffany's store in FL last year, a sales associate suggested making a paste to clean silver. I don't recall the ingredients for paste.

crest and a toothbrush.

There is a silver cleaner you can buy @ the wal-mart jewelry counter. It is in a greyish container and it comes with a little dipping basket. If your jewelry is really silver, this stuff works wonderfully, otherwise, it will just ruin what you have. So if you got it from Tiffany's, I would assume its probably real silver. The stuff I am referring to (cant recall the name of it) but it is fairly inexpensive and lasts forever.

I don't know about a paste, I use a silver polishing cloth. You just use the special cloth and rub it over the jewelry and it takes away all of the tarnish and also removes fingerprints and anything else on there. You can usually get one for free at any jewelry counter or you can buy one at a jewelry store for $2-3. I also store my silver jewelry in a tarnish free jewelry box, this helps a lot. Good Luck!

just use normal silver cleaning gel that u used to clean any other silver necklaces etc…nothing special with tiffany & co's jewel….except for more expensive….

they use to have world wide free cleaning n repairing service but this policy changed since nov 2006.

I always put my Tiffany bracelets, necklaces and earings into a glass of Coke. It may sound really weird, but i have been doing it for years. It doesn't harm the jewelery and is cheaper than buying some silver cleaner. And they always come up looking amazing!!!

quickest easiest cheapest way to clean silver is to put tooth paste on it use a soft old brush and rub for a minute or so rince real well and than dry shiny as new or you could buy silver cleaner which is expensive and toxic i have used tooth paste for years never fails……..

dont use an at home cleaner on things from tiffany's. take it to any jewler and have them clean it. its not expensive and they will do a great job.

Use toothpaste, not the whitening kind though, a piece of cloth and just clean away. Rinse in water, not cold afterwards and polish a bit with a new cloth. Voila! Nice and shiny!

Any silver jewelry cleaner should work. I have heard that toothpaste will clean the tarnish, but I don't know if you want to try it on your Tiffany pieces. Just go to your local jewelry store, and they will advise you what product to use.

well i did this the other night on my tiffany's bean and teardrop necklace… it worked ok. not the shiniest ever, but definitely too off the tarnish from non wearing…

get a glass bowl. put a piece of foil on the bottom. add some baking soda and some salt. then add hot water. drop the jewelry in, making sure it touches the foil. apparently a chemical reaction occurs and it cleans ur jewelry! afterwards, rub w/ a soft cloth. i used a soft, thick paper towel… :)
