I'd recommend putting together a web site. (You can get a free one from places like http://www.freeservers.com , that has easy to use site design templates.) You want to talk about your custom jewelry and show some examples, but don't try to list the items for sale as you will get multiple people trying to buy the same piece. (Make sure to emphasize that each piece is unique and no two will be the same.)

You can advertise it free by listing in the search engines (google search for instructions on how to add and use meta tags for good search engine listing positions) and as a reference for any ads you place. You might also talk to local jewelry, curio, antique shops, etc. to see if you can place some pieces "on consignment". Ideally they would give you some display case space to set up a grouping of your pieces.
